A) Desired Candidate Profile: • Should have minimum experience of 4 years (After Graduation) in managing large scale Telecom/IT Projects • Should have: • Experience in Project Execution & Management, Operations Management of Large Scale Telecom/IT Project • Knowledge of Day to Day operation activity of large scale ICT infrastructure project. • coordination with various stakeholders for resolution of day to day activities • Network Designing, Planning, Management & Optimization. • Understanding in Business Analysis, Process mapping, Business Process Assessment and Re- engineering (BPR), DPR and Functional Requirement Specification. B) Educational Qualification: • B.E. / B. Tech (in Electronics & Communications/Electronics & Telecommunications / Electrical / Computer / Information Technology) with first class from reputed institute / university; and • M.Sc / M.Tech / MBA with first class from reputed institute / university C) Key Roles and Responsibilities: • To facilitate the design, development and deployment of large scale projects • Establish and implement the project plan, manage team interfaces, develop and review cost estimate projections etc. • Define project scope, deliverables, project plan, governance structure and communication plan for each of the initiatives • Recommend novel approaches to solving network and infrastructure problems • Verify and update project documentation. • Timely tracking of project progress and budget and update the project documentation. • Study and keep status of Infrastructure of GFGNL and assist the State Government in coming up with a robust IT infrastructure to support the roll out of e – governance projects • Analyse the existing/ proposed projects in regard to strategic control, security, disaster recovery and business continuity • Team Handling, Proper Coordination with Stack Holders / Management for smooth functioning of project. • Support in monitoring/ help establish suitable network/ IT infrastructure monitoring system at the State level • The position is for posting in district. D) Soft Skills: • Should be a team player and managerial expertise with written and verbal communication skills • Ability to liaise with major/various stakeholders • Excellent listening and presentation skills • Strong Leadership and Managerial skills
E) Age Limit: Not more than 35 Years.( As on advertisement date). F) Remuneration: INR 56000/- P.M. (Cost to Company basis).
